A federal court judge ordered Ben Armstrong, also known as BitBoy Crypto, to miss a court appearance in response to the YouTubers' claims that they were harassing the attorney in the case, which involved five crypto influences.
Armstrong and his attorney were to search on April 20 in order to treat the abuse of plaintiffs' attorneys by YouTubers, per Judge Melissa Damian's's order. Armstrong, though, openly mocked the attempt on social media by tweeting images of himself relaxing on a island in the Bahamas.

Judge Damian reportedly forewarned Armstrong's's lawyer present and ordered her to issue an arrest warrant for the YouTuber if he didn't show up by April 24. Armstrong was not involved in the intimidation condition, according to reports from the judge, who referred it to the FBI.
People who were impacted by the demise of FTX filed a class-action complaint in March against Armstrong and several other YouTubers for allegedly encouraging corruption through the trade without offering payment. The lead counsel for the plaintiffs in that case, Moskowitz, claimed that Armstrong harassed the legal department by making countless phone calls, posts, and emails, as well as vulgar voicemails and threats-inducing social media posts.
The YouTuber kept making fun of Moskowitz and the torment case in court on April 20. He did not, however, fly by the seat of his pants, implying that he may have skipped jury on counsel's's recommendation. He reportedly offered to search before the jury in May through legal representation.
